This Privacy Policy explains how AddressHub LLC, a Wyoming limited‑liability company (“AddressHub,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our“), collects, uses, discloses and safeguards information about you when you visit our websites, use our application‑programming interfaces (the “API“), dashboards, software‑development kits, or any related service we operate (collectively, the “Service“).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the practices described in this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.


1  Definitions

2  Information We Collect

2.1  Personal Data You Provide

  • Email address, first and last name
  • Billing and shipping address, city, state, postal code, country
  • Authentication credentials (API keys, passwords)

2.2  Address Data

When you submit addresses to the API, we receive the Address Data you send (street, city, postal code, country, latitude/longitude if supplied) and any metadata you include.

2.3  Usage Data

Automatically collected information includes:

  • IP address and general location
  • Browser and device characteristics
  • Pages or endpoints visited, date/time stamps, time spent
  • Mobile device identifiers and operating system details (for mobile access)

2.4  Tracking Technologies and Cookies

We use the following technologies to collect Usage Data and improve the Service:

  • Cookies or Browser Cookies (Session & Persistent)
  • Web Beacons / Pixel Tags
  • Local Storage (when supported)

4  Sharing Your Information

  3. In Business Transfers such as a merger, acquisition or asset sale.
  4. With Business Partners to offer integrated services, but only with your prior consent where required.
  5. With Law Enforcement or Regulators when required to comply with legal obligations, protect rights or prevent wrongdoing.

5  International Data Transfers

We are headquartered in the United States and use cloud providers located in the U.S. and other countries. When you interact with the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, stored and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may have data‑protection laws different from those in your jurisdiction. We rely on contractual safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or U.K. International Data Transfer Addendum where required.


6  Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements. Address Data derived from open datasets may be cached indefinitely; other data is retained in accordance with customer instructions or the retention periods in our Terms and Conditions.


7  Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

  • Access – receive a copy of the Personal Data we hold about you.
  • Rectification – correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Erasure – request deletion of your Personal Data in certain circumstances.
  • Restriction – request we restrict the processing of your data.
  • Portability – receive your data in a portable format.
  • Objection – object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing.
  • Opt‑Out of Sales/Sharing (California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah) – we do not sell Personal Data, but you may opt‑out of targeted advertising.
  • Non‑Discrimination – we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

8  Security

We implement technical and organizational measures—such as encryption in transit, access controls, network firewalls and regular penetration testing—to protect Personal Data. No system is 100 % secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.


9  Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe we have collected data from a child, please contact us so we can delete it.


10  Third‑Party Links

Our Service may contain links to third‑party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to read the privacy policies of every site you visit.


11  Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. We will post the revised version and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are material, we will provide prior notice (e.g., via email or dashboard) at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
